I loved seeing this sweet family for their newborn studio session in Denver! It’s so special when local families make their way to me. Not only does it mean a short drive for their sessions, but knowing I’m reaching families within my community means everything as a small business owner. It’s just one of the many things I love about being a newborn photographer here in Denver! 

Baby Holly’s Studio Newborn Session

Holly is the first baby for the precious Timms family, and she was a doll to photograph. We started their session with just Daddy and Holly so Momma could have a few minutes of pampering with hair and makeup. 

This time for mom is just as important as documenting this sweet season. Bringing a new baby home is equal parts bliss and exhaustion. It’s why creating a space for mom to soak in a few minutes of alone time is built right into my client experience! 

We kept things simple and sweet for everyone with their wardrobe! Mom chose to wear one of my favorite dresses from the studio wardrobe for their session. It was the prettiest shade of blue and paired perfectly with our choices for baby girl. We decided on a soft cream-colored swaddle and a bow headband for Holly. I couldn’t be more thrilled with how everything came together for these three.

The Reveal

Mom and dad chose a large statement piece for their living room during their reveal and ordering appointment. Mom sent me a picture ahead of time with the wall they planned to hang their new artwork on. I was able to create a mockup using their images to show what their finished artwork would look like in their home! They chose beautifully, and their new artwork looks gorgeous!
