Precious Mia, you are just the sweetest! I loved having this sweet family in the studio recently to celebrate a bit of exciting news! As a Charlotte milestone photographer, these are my favorite moments to document for you!

A Little Announcement

Sweet Mia was in the studio a few months ago with some special news! She’s going to be a big sister! As precious as she is, I know she will be the best big sister to her new sibling. We celebrated the announcement with an adorable pink “Big Sister” shirt mom and dad had made for her. We also brought out the balloons and had the most fun playing with them in the studio.

Mia’s Session

It feels like Mia was in the studio for her newborn session such a short time ago! Now she’s doing “big girl” things. Two is such a fun age, so letting Mia play and just be herself during her two-year milestone session was so fun. I have been photographing her since before she was born. Now I’ll have the sweetest honor of seeing her become a big sister.

For the second half of her session, we had Mia wear a beautiful Zara dress. She loved the frilly sleeves, and it was the perfect match for her little personality. I mean, how cute are those pigtails? She loved playing peek-a-boo, and it was the ideal way to keep her busy while we documented the day. If you’ve been around any two-year-old, you know how challenging it can be to get them to sit still. Instead, I’ve found it’s easiest to go with it and let them be little!

I love how Mia is coming into her little personality. She’s smart, spunky, and oh so sweet! Mia, I can’t wait to see you so soon with your new baby in tow!
